The registered address is 127 Southfields Drive, Leicester, LE2 6QT. Any legal issues will be dealt with in accordance to English Law, which supersedes anything written here. |
| Cookies | When you visit our website we use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. We use cookies to keep track of your personal settings inside the game, such as the options above the map. Cookies set by us can only be accessed by us. You can learn more about cookies here |
| Personal Data | We hold the following information that could be considered personally identifiable: - Unique Player/User ID - IP Address - Player Name We also hold a record of all actions taken on the website in order to monitor fair play and to improve gameplay. We are sent a copy of all financial transactions, which can include personal details such as real name, address and phone numbers. This is required by law as a financial transaction, and is managed and stored by the payment provider. If you are unhappy with this we have an alternative manual payment provider that only needs name and email. Please submit a support ticket if you wish to use this. |
| Sharing | We will share your data with anyone where we are obligated to by law. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help monitor the website. We only share your unique player ID so that we can tie actions back to users ourselves. By using Googles services they collect and process their own data covered by their policies here. You can opt-out of google services by using their tools found here. |
| Advertising | We do not currently run any advertising at all. This may change in the future, but we will take every step possible to keep them discreet and optional. |
| Payments | All payments are non refundable as they are digital goods that are instantly delivered. |
| Access | We can remove your access for any (or no) reason. Being removed is not grounds for a refund. Automating access to any part of the game is forbidden without written authorisation from a company Director. |
